Spine and spinal cord injuries are most common during outdoor activities. Giving first aid is very important, especially with the prospect of possible risk that can lead not only to the permanent consequences but also imminent life hazard. This paper focuses on the causes of these injuries, their clinical manifestations´ evaluation and first aid rules.
